Visino Terms of Use

Visino is operated by Visinote. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

The service

Visino lets a salon keep a loyalty card for each of its customers: scan the customer's QR code, add a point after a visit, subtract points at redemption, and look back over a permanent history of every change.

Free up to 10 live customers

Visino is free while your salon has at most 10 live customers. A live customer is one you have not deleted, so deleting a customer gives its place back. Adding a customer beyond that needs the monthly plan. Everything else — scanning, points, history, sharing QR codes — works the same on the free tier.

The monthly plan: 9.99 EUR per month

The monthly plan costs 9.99 EUR per month, converted to your own currency by the App Store or Google Play. The store bills it, renews it each month, and is where you cancel it. Visino cannot cancel a subscription for you.

When the subscription ends: read-only, not locked

If the subscription ends, your account becomes read-only. It is not locked: you can still sign in, see every customer, their points and their history, and share their QR codes. What you cannot do, until you subscribe again, is add, edit or delete customers, change points, or edit the shop details. You can always delete your account, whatever the state of the subscription.

Deleting your account: data kept for 30 days

You can delete your account from inside the app. It is closed at once, and after 30 days everything belonging to it — the shop, its customers, their points and history, the subscription record, and the sign-in data — is permanently deleted.

Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play, where it was bought.

Your customers' data

You decide which customers you record and what you record about them, and you are responsible for having their agreement to it. How that data is stored is described in the Privacy Policy.

Fair use

Use Visino for running your salon's loyalty program and nothing unlawful. Keep your password to yourself; what happens under your account is your responsibility.

No warranty

Visino is provided as it is. The operator works to keep it running and your data safe, but does not promise uninterrupted service, and is not liable for indirect losses arising from its use, to the extent the law allows.
